中國福建東山縣華昌食品有限公司創建于1997年，位于廈門和汕頭兩個經濟特區之間的海峽西岸水產品集散基地--東山海洋生物科技園區。現已形成集研發、加工、出口于一體的現代化企業。
公司員工1500余人，建立實施符合國際規范的食品安全衛生管理體系，嚴格執行GMP、SSOP程序。通過歐盟、HACCP、BRC、HALAL等認證。現有巴氏殺菌蟹肉罐頭生產線、鮑魚罐頭生產線、瑤柱絲罐頭生產線、凍煮鮑魚（肉）生產線及精加工水產品生產線；且擁有自主研發中心、檢測檢驗中心、冷鏈倉儲物流。
公司廠區占地面積6萬平方米，建筑面積4萬平方米，擁有200平方米低溫速凍庫、1000平方米的冷藏庫、20000平方米符合出口歐美衛生標準生產車間及20000噸全自動二氧化碳冷庫。

一、崗位職責：
1、負責車間全面工作，對各種指標業績情況及時向總經理匯報；
2、負責生產車間管理工作，認真貫徹執行上級的有關文件、法規，定期召開安全生產例會，制定安全措施，消除安全隱患，實現重大隱患為零的目標；
3、認真抓好生產指標、
產品質量、成本控制、隊伍建設等工作，并定期召開生產會議、成本分析會，全面完成公司下達的業績指標；
4、加強成本管理，降低管理費用，實現成本的最低運行；
5、根據公司內部實際情況，對人、財、物進行科學的配置，達到人盡其力、物盡其用；
6、與相關部門做好協調、溝通工作。
二、崗位要求：
1、有經驗者優先；
